الملخص:
تناولت هذه الدِّراسة جملة من المرويات التفسيرية المشكلة في الوضوء والصلاة عند الخطابي في كتابه "معالم السنن"، وقد كانت في المسائل الآتية: المسح على الرجلين، والأذان والإقامة، وصلاة الخوف، وبينت أنها نوعان: مرويات لا تعارض بينها وبين الآيات الكريمة، ومرويات متعارضة فيما بينها، وفيما بينها وبين الآيات، كما بيَّنت مسالك الخطابي في دفع الإشكال عنها، وقد اتبعت في ذلك المنهج الاستقرائي، والتحليلي، والمقارن. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها: أنَّ الخطابي سلك طريقتين في دفع الإشكال، وهما: طريقة الجمع، وطريقة الترجيح، وأنَّه وافق في ذلك جمهور العلماء، بحيث قدَّم طريقة الجمع ثم طريقة التَّرجيح.
Abstract
This study deals with a number of controversial explanatory narrated materials related to ablution and prayer according to al-Khattabi in his book "Ma'alim al-Sunan". These materials considered the following issues: Wiping on the feet, the call to prayer and the iqaamah, and the fear prayer. The study showed that these narrations are of two types: narrated materials that do not oppose the noble verses, and narrated materials that oppose the noble verses. Following the inductive, the analytical and the comparative approaches, the researcher indicated al-Khattabi methods in repelling the confusion about them. Among the most important results reached: that al-Khattabi followed two methods in repelling the doubts, namely: the combination method, and the weighting method, and that he was in agreement with the majority of scholars in that, so that he presented the combination method, then the weighting method.
