Not just grateful for them but also thank God for them. Often their job is not noticed by others; until there's a problem! Suddenly people remember they have a media team! That's the nature of some ministry: They don't call attention to themselves.  But when they are noticed its often when things don't go right. But let's be Christians and be grateful for those who help even before something has gone wrong! Tell them you are grateful to them for what they do! Let us also pray for them.
