Only from the Heart, you can touch the sky

To my surprise, my mind is quiet
not much to be said today.
Just showing the signs to present
the energy or task at hand,
so go along with the flow
which is not new, yet with a different
kind of feel to it, I assume.
We all are in so much turmoil at times,
it is hard to stay centered,
deep within our Core, our Heart,
where peace and love reside.
More and more are becoming aware
of how old patterns don't work any longer.
For the roots of it are no longer present.
Work has been done to help clear
and the inner silence shows how far we have come –
A long way.
With all those messages we are being presented
by the outside world, it is sometimes difficult
what to trust, how to know
if it's truth being shared or just created
more and more illusions.
How to decipher which symbols are being presented
and what codes are relevant.
How do you know you can trust
your inner judgment, knowledge, and experiences?
Only from the Heart can you touch the sky,
God speaks in the silence of the Heart.
Be aware of the responses
coming from the Heart,
the aha moment you have,
which tells you the truth.
When your Heart opens up
and joy is flooding in,
making you tear up for pure bliss,
expanding and renewing,
bringing love, joy, and happiness.
Those are your signposts.
Anything else that creates any
negative emotions like fear and anger,
anxiety and need to flee the scene
are not to be trusted.
For they will create more turmoil;
While Love will create Silence in the Mind.
