Woke up around 3 am and couldn't go back to sleep. Have my man on the phone and decided to start my workout.
This is what I managed to do;
10 x 20 knee elbow touch
10 x 20 mountain climb
Was planning to do lower abs movement 1 but resting for too long then I started to feel the sore on my thighs and glutes.
