Woke up quite early…enough time to workout and to do the laundry before tutoring and accompanying mum for lunch with her friends.
This is what I managed to do within limited time;
10 x 20 leg movement 1
1 x 20 leg movement 2
10 x 20 lower abs movement 1
I started to feel stiffness when I carry my student as I stopped working out for quite some time. Then I also feel stiff back during workout so yeah I really need to workout on my body to be more flexible.
