Sort if messy sleep but managed to get down at 7am. Decided to do laundry and bathroom cleaning instead of directly doing my workout.
This is what I managed to do;
6 x 20 knee elbow touch
6 x 20 mountain climb
6 x 20 leg movement 1
Then my man is awake and we have our morning talk. Then my sissy is calling me for breakfast, she prepared this full rice breakfast for me. My tummy has started to call me hahahaha so perfect time
