Some old story. Even though there's a towering pile of library books by my bed I couldn't stop myself from dropping by the public library and grabbing a few more. Yes, as we all know when it comes to library books I have absolutely no self control. Fortunately, I should be able to apply most, if not all of these towards Book'd Out's 2023 Nonfiction Reader Challenge.
The Florist's Daughter by Patricia Hampl (2007) - Another library staff recommendation I refused to pass up. This memoir received glowing reviews so I'm hoping I'll enjoy it.
Library Loot is a weekly event co-hosted Claire from The Captive Reader and Sharlene from Real Life Reading to encourage bloggers to share the books they've checked out from the library. If you'd like to participate, just write-up your post, steal the Library Loot icon and link your post using the Mr. Linky on Sharlene's blog
