My Complete Honest Experience with Doki Doki Takoyaki Located at Marulas, Valenzuela City

Saan tayo next? Sa Doki Doki Takoyaki!

Hi everyone! Happy Monday! I'm excited to share with you this newly found Japanese restaurant na pinuntahan namin last July. Yes guys, July pa kami pumunta rito. So lahat ng sasabihin ko is based sa naging experience namin last time. I'm not sure if as of this posting is merong nabago sa menu nila or place but anyway, let's go!

We went here to celebrate my birthday actually. It was a Saturday because that time, wala akong pasok sa trabaho. We went there during lunch time and mukhang kakabukas lang din nila kasi kami lang 'yung tao no'ng dumating kami. You know what I appreciate sa kanila before kami pumunta? Nag message na kasi ako sa kanila and nag ask kung allowed ba ang pet sa allowed (with crate of course), and they said yes! So we're able to bring my Baby Simba kaya complete kami na nag celebrate ng birthday ko.

Good thing din sa location nila is accessible talaga kasi along the highway lang sila. Madali mo silang makikita. Maliit nga lang talaga 'yung place pero the design is maganda. Malinis pa, maaliwalas, and malamig naman din sa loob kaya kahit maliit, it doesn't feel like it. Pagdating sa service, natuwa rin ako kasi mababait naman sila sa loob. Isa lang kasi 'yung na encounter namin, I'm not sure what her name was din but she's approachable and nice naman.

Their menu is kind of limited. If gugustuhin mo i try lahat ng nasa menu nila, madali lang kasi hindi ganoon karami inooffer nila. We ordered the Pork Tonkatsu, Karaage, California Maki, Classic and Baby Octopus Takoyaki. We also ordered their Coke Float pala. I forgot the exact prices guys but for four people, nasa more than Php 700.00 din ata inabot ng bill namin pero lahat lahat na 'yun. Okay na rin 'di ba? Super okay talaga kasi guys, masarap talaga siya. Lalo 'yung Takoyaki nila. Nakadalawang order nga kami ng Takoyaki nila kasi super masarap talaga. Plus, real time nila niluluto kaya talagang umuusok sa bibig kapag kinain mo. The sauce tastes authentic, and mukhang Kewpie Mayo talaga ginamit nila. Sa Pork Tonkatsu naman, masarap naman siya. The only problem I have is 'yung pagka crispy niya haha. Parang sumobra and may parts na matigas and mahirap na kainin. But I enjoyed it. 'Yung dami niya is sakto and enough naman para mabusog ka.

We will definitely come back here or maybe, oorder kami online to try other food naman from their menu.

I highly recommend them guys. If gusto niyo makakain ng Japanese food na affordable pero masarap, try niyo sa kanila. Make sure to try their Takoyaki. Sobrang masarap talaga. I believe nag oopen sila ng 11 AM. Not sure what time nag sasara. May option din sila ng delivery kaya if ayaw niyo pumunta, pwedeng-pwede pa rin mag order online.
