In this Youtube video monthly series of Inspiring Conversations with Coaches Patti and Veronica, we discuss Forgiveness Cultivates Compassion. Veronica and I both share a personal, vulnerable story about a Forgiveness journey we have experienced.

I didn't realize when we decided to discuss this topic and share a personal story of forgiveness how vulnerable it would be to share such a private life story. My hope with sharing our forgiveness journey is to help others struggling and experiencing the effects on ourselves and others with un-forgiveness.
