Bible Contradiction? Is it OK for men to have long hair?

For today's post we will tackle the question the Skeptic Annotated Bible asked: Is it OK for men to have long hair?
Here are the two answers that the skeptic believes indicate a Bible contradiction:
Long hair on men is encouraged.
"All the days of his vow of consecration no razor shall pass over his head. He shall be holy until the days are fulfilled which he lives as a Nazirite for the Lord; he shall let the locks of hair on his head grow long." ( Numbers 6:5)
"For behold, you will conceive and give birth to a son, and no razor shall come upon his head, for the boy shall be a Nazirite to God from the womb; and he will begin to save Israel from the hands of the Philistines." (Judges 13:5)
"And she made a vow and said, "Lord of armies, if You will indeed look on the affliction of Your bond-servant and remember me, and not forget Your bond-servant, but will give Your bond-servant a [a]son, then I will give him to the Lord all the days of his life, and a razor shall never come on his head."" (1 Samuel 1:11)
