Summer Is Served at the Smithson Plaza, St James'

Between the 3rd July - 16th July Summer is Served at Smithson Plaza, a delightful pocket park hidden in the heart of St James. With deckchairs, a large open screen and even its own signature cocktail - The Perfect Serve -opening at 11.30 each day it is designed to create a unique atmosphere, and set to become the go-todestination to lap up the tennis in style, encircled by tennis inspired installations.
As Wimbledon has arrived, and summer sets in, Londoners are looking for unique locations to meet in the sunshine and watch the tennis with fellow fans in a fun and exciting atmosphere. Summer is Served, hosted at Smithson Plaza, in the heart of St James' where you can watch Wimbledon in the sun on comfy deckchairs on a large outdoor screen.
There will be no shortage of food and beverage options from smoked salmon and cream cheese sandwiches, tosalad boxes to suit all palettes whilst everyone's guilty pleasure loaded friends which will be served from 5pmeach day. Afternoon cream teas will also be on offer each day between 3-5pm every day..
Smithson Plaza is a Grade II listed, modernist icon that was completed in 1964 by celebrated architects Alison and Peter Smithson, hidden in the heart of St James'. The plaza regularly plays host to a curated dynamic rolling art programme. By creating this pop up in the heart of the West End at St James', Smithson Plaza's aims to build a community of businesses and tenants from the area, as the two weeks of tennis action get into full swing.
