As impressive as AIs are, think CHTGPT and others, I say our human mind still works superior on a holistic level.
Our brains can think fast (instinctive & emotional) and slow (deliberative & logical). A joke, glance, or smirk needs to be understood instinctively to be meaningful. Similarly, a grand strategy, be it chess, politics, or battle, is only effective in its methodical construct and deliberation.
Can the AIs achieve the human-level intelligence (i.e. think both fast and slow)? Maybe one day. But as of now, the designers and creators still have works to do. Narrowly, or task wise, an AI can run circles around me. Write a poem, draw a picture, sign a song, you name it, AI has me beat.
But (and this is a big one), I'm still better, holistically. Because I know what I don't know.
Do you think human-level AI is possible?
