الملخص:
تمثل عملية نبع السلام التركية على شمال شرق سوريا في 9أكتوبر 2019 مواجهة تركية للتهديدات الموجهه لحدودها الجنوبية, نظرا لإقامة منظمة حزب العمل الكردستاني وقوات سوريا الديموقراطية منطقة هيمنة ميداينة في شرق الفرات مستغلة الفوضي التي سببتها الحرب الأهلية السورية, وتصدت تركيا لمخططات تأسيس منطقة إرهابية بالقرب من حدودها الجنوبية وإتخذت خطوات إستراتيجية حاسمة, وتهدف الدراسة إلى توضيح طبيعة وأهداف التدخل العسكري التركي في شمال سوريا والمواقف الإقليمية والدولية من ذلك, وتأثير هذه العملية على الأمن القومي في المنطقة ودور تركيا الإقليمي, حيث عززت هذه العملية من مكانة تركيا كلاعب إقليمي وتحقيق أهدافها في القضاء على سيطرة الأكراد على طول الحدود التركية السورية من خلال الإتفاق إلى إنشاء منطقة آمنه في شمال سوريا, فكانت العملية لها أثر إيجابي كبير على الجانب التركي ولكن أثرت بالسلب على الأمن السوري, حيث تم إستغلال حالة الضعف والإضطراب في المنطقة ومحاولة الإستفادة من التطورات الإقليمية وثورات الربيع العربي عام 2011, لأتباع سياسات إقتصادية وعسكرية وإقتصادية لتحقيق أهداف ونفوذ كبير في منطقة الشرق الأوسط.
Abstract
The Turkish Peace Spring operation in northeastern Syria, on October 9, 2019, represents a Turkish confrontation of threats to its southern borders, due to the establishing of the PKK and the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), a field dominance area in the east of the Euphrates, taking advantage of the chaos caused by the Syrian civil war, and Turkey confronted plans to establish a terrorist area near its southern borders Decisive strategic steps were taken, and the study aims to clarify the objectives of planning in northern Syria and the neighboring positions, And the impact of this process on national security in the region and Turkey's regional role, as this process strengthened Turkey's position as a regional player and achieved its goals in eliminating the control of the Kurds along the Turkish-Syrian border through the agreement to establish a safe area in northern Syria, so the process had a great positive impact On the Turkish side, but negatively affected the Syrian security, where the state of weakness and turmoil in the region was exploited and an attempt to benefit from regional developments and the Arab Spring revolutions in 2011, to follow economic, military and economic policies to achieve goals and great influence in the Middle East
