It is all in the eye of the beholder
Each of us wants to have a sign or signal that our departed loved ones are still in touch with us. Or put in another way, there is life after death. Not all energy is gone. Even those who do not believe in any kind of religion hold this longing deep within their heart. For that is the place where it comes from when the loving connection, we have is powerful significant, and strong.
The Heartfelt connection that is making us feel, sense, and be aware of the powerful energy Love is. We all have experienced one way or another other the enormity of the first emotions or sensations that come with falling in love. That can be a newborn, as much as it can be falling in love with a partner, or the pet you chose.
I can only say by experience, that the way we have gone through the past months has heightened our perspective in understanding the power of the Love energy. Even after the transition of my love, there are so many signs that show up unexpectedly, always linked with each other. It can be the showing up of a butterfly on the beach for our daughter-in-law today, as well as the image of him appearing in the clouds today.
It can be a song that comes up when we are together at a specific time. Or the dog that acts out of the ordinary, or the Heron that shows up. We always had these specifics together, and this is a way we feel the inner connection the strongest. It is more than just saying there is that song again, or I saw this butterfly. It is about the sense of emotion that comes with it.
Direct connection made with the loving energy of my beloved. Their father and even our granddaughter. She can say out of the blue – opa as in grandpa – as in she sees him and can talk for hours with him.
Yet as I said, it is all in the eye of the beholder, to pick up these small messages or signs. Because it also is connected to a certain level of being conscious about it or aware of the meaning some items had to the loved one who has changed his lifetime on this planet. For me, it is something that comes naturally, for I have always been aware of these small messages that I could find in the clouds or watching Nature for that matter.
Sensing the change in energy in a room, or at times able to see a light presence. When someone tells you to pay attention, that causes more alertness to watch signs and signals around us. Like the Heron that shows up just minutes after I walked at that same spot, yet now divided by the waterfront. Or watching his face in the clouds, all these signs make me aware of his presence. We all have our own experiences that connect us with a departed love.
You know, it is all about the way you walk through life. You can be unaware of any signs or nudges, or you can have these gut feelings at times that let you know there is something going on, and you cannot quite place it yet. We all have these senses to use to our advantage. Sometimes it takes an event to become more aware.
Other times it is being enhanced by a lifetime-changing experience. The moments you feel there is some change in the atmosphere, for instance. Can I say it is also about belief? To me, it is, only it is way more than that. Believe in other realms, connections through the veils are either accepted or denied. The choices we make are affected by our belief system.
For me, I trust what I see or hear, which can be a tune or a song, you can be all of me for instance that is playing right now, while I am writing about this. Such a magnificent song that tells so much about how deep our love was during our lifetime, cause all of me loves all of you. I give you all of me, and you give me all of you.
Particularly during our last 3 years with all the struggles with the disease, the telepathic connection we share, and the lyrics that mean so much to me. The special connection music has always been during our life. And what about the things that show up unexpectedly. You show up in so many ways to me, as an affirmation that even though you made this transition, we are still so connected.

As I said, it is all in the eyes of the beholder. The perception we have going through our day-to-day lives. To me, it is about being alert, paying attention, smiling big, and living big. Your words, I have to honor you and make them come true, for this has been said for my highest good, through your love for me.
We always have a choice, no matter what our belief system is. We can allow the unexpected to become expected signs. Furthermore, we can embrace some new ideas about life or death, religion, or any other way of life. For whatever we choose, if we choose from the Heart in a loving compassionate, and open mind, there will a change in perception be.
And so it will be done.
