 Vincent Dang is a CX technology consultant with a diverse marketing research background and a demonstrated working history of nearly a decade in retail, banking and financial service industry. He holds a MSc in Marketing from the University of Salford in UK. At present, he works as Manager, Loyalty Strategy and Optimization at BMO.
