Galatians 3:5 – "I ask you again, does God give you the Holy Spirit and work miracles among you because you obey the law? Of course not! It is because you believe the message you heard about Christ."
Over this last week, I've experienced what many would describe as just bad luck. Health concerns and car trouble to name a few. I find myself frustrated.
During my prayer time, I've been asking what I've done wrong. I actually have caught myself telling God, "I'm sorry," and, "I'll try harder."
This morning, God took me to this passage in Galatians. It is so easy to commit to faith and then drift to walk in our own efforts. When things aren't working out to feel that it's all because I am not trying hard enough.
As I then spoke to God, I realized how foolish I was. All along, I only needed to say,
"I Believe."
