A Street-Party Hamper for Two

Forman & Field, the gourmet food delivery service, announces the launch of their Street-party hamper in honour of King Charles' Coronation.

This special gourmet food parcel is packed with delicious foods incorporating natural, British ingredients fit for a king, and is perfect for celebrating this historic occasion with a loved one.

The hamper is designed to showcase King Charles' favourite foods, and includes smoked salmon, wild mushrooms, and eggs. To start, we've included our famous H.Forman & Son Smoked Salmon Royal Fillet Tartare infused with Martini, which is the king's favourite pre-dinner tipple. This delicious dish is made with our London Cure Smoked Salmon, diced by hand, blended with lemon juice, chives and a splash of Martini and topped with an olive for a classic Martini garnish.

For the main course, we've included Wild Mushroom Risotto Scotch Eggs, made with assorted wild British mushrooms. The eggs are soft-boiled and coated in crispy panko breadcrumbs for a satisfying crunch. We've also added our signature Sausage Rolls, filled with Welsh lamb, studded with apricot and topped with a crown logo.

For a light bite, we've included Salmon & Spinach Flamiches, made with flaky puff pastry, fresh Scottish salmon, and spinach. And to complement the savoury items, we've incorporated Baron Bigod Cheese, one of Queen Elizabeth's favourite British cheeses, paired with Godminster Cheese Biscuits.

But that's not all! In honour of the coronation, we've also included a pot of Coronation Chicken. This dish, which was created for Queen Elizabeth's coronation in 1953, is made with tender chicken breast and curry mayonnaise for a spicy kick.

No meal is complete without a sweet treat, so we've included the "King of Puddings", our own take on the renowned Queen of Puddings and made with Lemon-baked egg custard, Raspberry compote and Whisky and topped with a meringue crown. This creamy lemon and whisky is an indulgent dessert and a royal favourite; the perfect way to end a celebratory meal.

To accompany your feast, we included a beautifully packaged tin of Earl Grey Palace Tea, perfect for a regal occasion. This tea is sure to add a touch of elegance to your celebration and is the perfect complement to our gourmet food selection.
