I wrote a little endorsement for this book at some point last year. It was back before I got into the habit of stashing book reviews for books I've endorsed. So, this isn't quite a review because I'm writing it rather a while after doing the reading.
Andrew Anderson is a lovely author and a Druid. His style is warm, engaging and charming. I've read all of his Pagan books so far. If you're looking for comforting, encouraging reads, he's an excellent author to check out. His work is always personal, always framed by his own experiences and life. This book is very much inspired by his own experience of living with cats, but it will resonate with anyone who has a furry enchantment in their life.
Cats are magical. They have a long history of involvement in human magic, as well as doing their own things. They play many roles, and you might think you already know everything there is to know about magical cats. However, by bringing personal experience and inspiration to the subject, Andrew offers us new ways of thinking about our feline friends and the magic they bring into our lives.
