They say love is not one-sided,
but true love is always one-sided, unrequited one,
in the beginning at least,
without any expectation,
maybe infatuation,
just an instantaneous feeling,
if it carries any baggage,
it is not love, it is investment,
it is business, it is barter system...
You give with one hand
and take with the other,
you love because you want love
or something else in return,
like wages for labor
in the guise of love...
When a bird raises its chicks,
it does not expect
that its chicks will take care of it
in its old age of incapacitation,
but man has tried
to make love a business,
the evil of which
has started appearing
in every corner of the society,
love is no longer spontaneous
and selfless...
My love and your love
are the two waves,
which do not necessarily
meet each other,
but if these are
truly meant for each other,
nature itself conspires to unite,
and when they so meet,
they blend together in unison
to form a new harmonious wave
in the true spirit of love...
