Good Party leader Meral Aksener may have a point that Istanbul mayor Ekrem Imamoglu or Ankara mayor Mansur Yavas would win the Turkish presidential elections by a larger margin than would CHP leader Kemal Kilicdaroglu. However, as long as Kilicdaroglu is a likely winner is he much preferable as the opposition presidential candidate. Everything is subordinate to ensuring emigration to Israel for Turkey's Median Jewry and that means that Kilicdaroglu needs to become the first, yet not the last Alevi dictator in Turkey. The huge size of Median Jewry in Turkey means that completing emigration to Israel will take decades and during that time can no elections (or at least no real elections) be held or Median Jewish Aliyah may be endangered. The notion of having liberal democracy in Turkey is ludicrous, free and fair elections have been held since the 1950s but never has a liberal democratic majority been elected and this time will be no different. Turkey is yet another Muslim country where liberalization is possible but not democratization. During Erdogan have we seen the opposite, the country has been deliberalized while barely retaining the democratic structures which have allowed the successive reelection of Islamists. What Turkey needs once more is authoritarian liberalization without elections, including a program for Median Jewish, Kurdish, Zaza, LGBTQI, disabled and women's rights. Making peace with the PKK is essential as is the creation of two autonomous regions for Zazas and Kurds respectively. The Sabbatean-controlled Derin Devlet deep state domestic intelligence apparatus would be particularly well-advised to act accordingly, including so as to ensure the future of the Turkish Bektashi Sabbatean community relocated to Israel.
