Introspection - the journey into self
The theme of today is the journey into self. Not something we all are used to doing daily. Unless you know and realize how connected our inner and outer world is. As well as how actions create reactions. We are responsible for the way we react to situations around us. That may be on a personal level, between relations as well as what happens around us.The way we perceive the outer world, as part of our inner, is an important tool. To learn and understand what lies within ourselves on emotional and mental levels. If we really want to change outcomes, it is necessary to look within ourselves. To get to know our own insecurities as well as fears and pain.

Hiding within the personal body and connected with our mental and emotional awareness. If we want to change the outcome of those emotions that are caused by fear or anxiety. It is not a process to be taken lightly. Going within the depths of our inner movements is a matter of courage. Taken the issues by hand, so to speak, to get some understanding.
To be aware of what is affecting your inner balance takes some self-research as well. If you take a look at your childhood, there have been moments where experiences may not have been positive. The way you can deal with them at that moment indicates yours, as well, as your outcome. The energy of stuck emotions is the tool, so to speak.
If the experience repeated itself, it would only be tougher to understand the core issue at hand. Going through fear and sorrow, and physical or emotional abuse is creating trauma. Trauma is stuck energy to be found in your physical, mental, emotional, and energy bodies.
It seems easier at times to avoid dealing with the addressed emotions. Yet, to create some healing and inner balance, it is needed to acknowledge the issue at hand. Do you want to change the way you feel when you are triggered? It takes commitment to yourself as well. The wish is to change and get some insight and clarity into the energy structure of the trauma.
To dive deep within yourself is like taking yourself by the hand. To go through the layers, to connect with the core essence of the trauma or negative experiences. Sometimes it is too hard, too difficult to learn about this underlying issue. Looking at it from the present perspective will assist to learn and start the healing process.
Sometimes it feels like walking in circles, other times, we discover that it is more like a spiral. Every time we have addressed and worked through stuck energy, it will clear part of the issue. It will be easier to recognize when it happens again. It also will make it easier to connect with it, because of the realization it is part of the whole package.
Once you decide to dive deep within yourself, there is no way of returning to the old way of perception. Awareness and becoming conscious of the core issue at hand will lead to more and more knowledge. It also provides more inner trust in the ways you can deal with the present world. Whatever comes up, whatever is being triggered, you learn to trust the ability to deal with them.
It is a win-win situation to start the process of self-discovery and give it the attention it needs. Usually, it demands, because of the negative energy that comes with it. To address it, acknowledge it, to accept it are always to start the healing process. To dive deep within yourself, you will also find the beauty and wealth of your inner core. The Diamant resides within.
Layer by layer removed it will enfold this inner richness of your inner spark of love. Created through self-worth, self-love, the self-awareness, This is like building this inner fire of love and compassion towards yourself. To learn, you are the creator of your own reality. You are part of all of Creation, where love is the master key.
The courage and determination to dive deep within are paying off in ways you couldn't imagine. It will reveal inner wisdom and love, through kindness for oneself as well. Allow the process, will gift you with more beauty and confidence in yourself.
It will change your vision of your inner and outer world. Your perception will change about what happens within and around you.
As a mirror aspect, it will reflect. To shine and discover inner beauty.
And so, it is done.
