Le cap du milliard d'euros de chiffre d'affaires franchi à l'échelle du groupe, le cap des 100 millions en Belgique pour Devoteam SA et Devoteam G Cloud.
C'est une étape symbolique pour Devoteam. Presque trente ans après sa création, en 1995, l'entreprise de services informatiques vient de passer en 2022 la barre du milliard d'euros de chiffre d'affaires généré en un an.
« Notre chiffre d'affaires a progressé de 20 % pour atteindre 1,036 milliard EUR, et notre rentabilité de 10 %, à 106 millions », détaillent les frères Godefroy et Stanislas de Bentzmann à l'origine du groupe et cela conformément à l'objectif anticipé fin décembre 2021, au moment du retrait obligataire des actions de Devoteam à la bourse de Paris. Soit un montant en hausse de 20% d'une année sur l'autre, dont 16 % correspondent à de la croissance organique.
« La technologie définit Devoteam et constitue notre ADN. Chaque année, nous sommes récompensés par les cinq partenaires que nous avons définis comme stratégiques en grande partie grâce à nos niveaux élevés de certification sur leurs offres respectives. Nous allons renforcer nos expertises en recrutant près de 1 500 collaborateurs en 2023 et en accélérant notre élan de formation sur les clouds et les plateformes les plus performantes avec, pour objectif, 70 % de consultants certifiés à horizon 2024. » En Belgique, le groupe emploie environ 500 personnes et entend embaucher 150 collaborateurs au cours de cette année.
Entités physiquement regroupées en Belgique
« Nous sommes extrêmement fiers de nos réalisations de l'année dernière, indique Benny Moonen, Country Manager, à la tête des deux entités belges. Nous pensons encore renforcer nos positions à l'avenir. Nous avons l'envergure, l'expertise, la présence internationale et de solides partenariats pour guider nos clients dans leurs choix. »
En Belgique, toujours, une étape importante sera franchie après l'emménagement au cours de cette année dans le complexe de bureaux The Wings, en construction à Diegem, qui accueillera notamment un hôtel et une salle de sport. « Devoteam G Cloud à Woluwe-Saint-Lambert et Devoteam SA à Zaventem se rejoindront dans un complexe durable exempt de combustible fossile. Place au travail hybride ! Nos collaborateurs et collaboratrices pourront travailler ensemble, manger sainement et faire de l'exercice dans un environnement bénéficiant d'un bon ensoleillement, d'une bonne qualité de l'air et d'espaces verts… »
Data et cybersécurité
Côté catalogue, Devoteam couvre six grands domaines, en commençant par celui des problématiques liées au cloud qui compte, selon la société, pour 60 % de ses facturations globales. S'y ajoutent les questions portant sur les données ; la cybersécurité ; la durabilité ; l'automatisation des processus d'entreprise ; la conception de produits et de services. « En 2022, la croissance a été surtout portée par la data et la cybersécurité, indique Emmanuel Lehmann, General Manager, Executive VP. Les années précédentes, les entreprises avaient beaucoup investi dans le cloud et dans le renouvellement de leurs actifs informatiques. En 2022, elles se sont concentrées sur l'optimisation de l'usage de ces nouvelles technologies », poursuit-il.
Fort du succès rencontré par sa stratégie de partenariats avec Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft, Salesforce et ServiceNow, Devoteam continue de renforcer ses investissements avec les principaux acteurs du cloud. Prochaine étape, le doublement de sa taille dans les cinq prochaines années.
