There are times when it seems like our mind, spirit and heart are all going in different directions. Each of them trying to take the lead and lead us in the right direction. One is analytical, one emotional and one spiritual.
The mind analyzes everything and plans. It maps out different scenarios and strategizes how to go about handling the situation at hand.
The heart is like a bird in flight. It knows it can fly without trying to figure out why it can fly. The heart is emotionally driven and simply goes all out , riding a huge wave of energy to get things done.
The spirit is your life source, your connection to God. It surpasses will power in that it calls on divine guidance and intervention.
When we can align mind, heart and spirit, we are empowered beyond our own inner strength. We are more in tune with a supernatural power and awareness. We don't become superhuman but gain a deeper awareness about ourselves, our capabilities, and what we want to accomplish. With unity comes power, cohesiveness and direction.
