من المقدمه يوضح المؤلف لما أقدم على الكتابة فى هذا الأمر فهو للرجال الذين يرغبون فى معرفة طريق يسيروا فيه وليس للذين ينتظرون من الرجال أن يضحوا ليعيشوا هم فى ظل الرجال ، وكما قال الامام بن القيم فى كتابه " مفتاح دار السعادة" : " وقد أجمع عقلاء كل أمة على ان النعيم لا يُدرك بالنعيم وأن من آثر الراحة فاتته الراحة ،وأن بحسب ركوب الأهوال واحتمال المشاق تكون الفرحة واللذة فلا فرحة لمن لا هم له ، ولا لذة لمن لا صبر له ، ولا نعيم لمن لا شقاء له ولا راحة لمن لا تعب له ، بل إذا تعب العبد قليلاً استراح طويلاً واذا تحمل مشقة الصبر ساعة قادة لحياة الأبد وكل ما فيه أهل النعيم فهو صبر ساعة " هذا التعب ليس لكل فرد انما لنفر محدد معروف هو صاحب الرسالة فقط أياً كان موقعه أو مهنته ، ولا يكون الانسان صاحب رسالة الا اذا كان له هدف واضح عام لا يبتغي من ورائه منفعة شخصية، بل يؤمن به ويدين له، كمبدأ وعقيدة، ويعمل له، ويضحي في سبيله بكل عزيز، حتى بالروح والمال، ولا يتنازل عنه مهما كان الثمن

ولذاتدور موضوعات الكتاب تدور حول نقاط محددة هى :

قبل البدايه والسيناريو الصعب استعرض الكاتب موقف لنموذج يوضحمن هو صاحب الرساله وكان من أبرز الأمثلة على ذلك هو المناضل مروان البرغوثى القابع فى سجوم الاحتلال الاسرائيلى من سنوات ثم تتطرق الى تعريف من هو صاحب الرسالة من خلال عدة تعريفات ومفاهيم عملية واضحة
المنهج التغييرى فى الاسلام ( المفهوم – المراحل ) وتم ذلك من خلال تحديد مفهوم المنهج التغييرى فى الاسلام ، وأسس ومراحل التغيير فى المنهج القرانى وكيف يتم ذلك من خلال الاساس الفكرى والنظرىوالجانب التطبيقى العملى من خلال : الارادة والادارة حيث تم التركيز على العوامل المؤثرة على تربية هذة الارادة وكيفية ادارة التغييرتحت شعار : من ارادة التغيير الى ادارة التغيير باستعراض الصفات المطلوبة فى كل مجال والمهارات الواجب ترسيخها فى هذا المجال
مجالات منهج التغيير القراني ودور صاحب الرساله : حيث تم التعرض بالتفصيل الى أبرز هذة المجالات مثل :
الناس على دين اذاعاتهم (الاعلام)
الشعوب تتقدم بأخلاقها فإن لم توجد تلهث وراء بطونها (الاقتصاد)
الدين أفيون الشعوب (المجال الديني)
حكم العسكر (المجال العسكري)
النخبه الكسيحة والسياسة نجاسة أقصر طريق للطاغية (النخبه المؤثرة)
صاحب الرساله ودور الشباب في التقدير المنشود : وتم فيه تناول الموضوعات التالية:
لماذا انتم معشر الشباب؟
شخصية الشباب صاحب الرساله
دور الشباب في مراحل التغيير المنشود: بثلاث مراحله وهى : مرحله التغييربالقلب(التغييرالذاتي)،مرحلة التغيير باللسان(التغييربالكلمه)،مرحلة التغييرباليد (التغييربالقوة)

- بوصلة الدرب : وتناول فيهالكاتب نماذج فقهت رسالتها من خلال بعض النماذج الحياتية مثل :أبوبكر الصديق،أصحمة بن بحر ،الغلام المجهول ،أبوسفيان بن حرب ،آسية بنت مزاحم وماشطة فرعون ،الشيخ الجرجاوي.

واختتم بارشادات عن كيفية أن نظل على الطريق لنسلك مسلك أصحاب الرسالات قدر المستطاع لحاجة مجتمعتنا الي هذا الطريق ومستقبلنا المشترك ولأجل ديننا

Abstract

From the introduction, the author explains why he wrote about this matter. It is for men who want to know a path to follow, and not for those who expect men to sacrifice themselves so that they can live in the shadow of men, as Imam Ibn al-Qayyim said in his book.The key to the abode of happiness"The wise men of every nation have unanimously agreed that bliss cannot be attained by bliss, and that whoever prefers comfort misses rest, and that according to riding horrors and enduring hardships, there will be joy and pleasure. There is no rest for the one who does not get tired, but if the servant gets tired a little, he rests for a long time, and if he endures the hardship of patience for an hour leading to the life of eternity, and all that is in it for the people of bliss is patience for an hour. And theA person is not the bearer of a message unless he has a clear, general goal that does not seek personal benefit behind it, but rather believes in it and owes it as a principle and creed, and works for it, and sacrifices for its sake everything dear, even with soul and money, and does not give up on it at any cost.

And soThe topics of the book revolve around specific points

Before the beginning and the difficult scenario, the writer reviewed the position of a model that shows who is the author of the message, and one of the most prominent examples of this is the fighter Marwan Al-Barghouti, who has been in the sleep of the Israeli occupation for years, then deals with defining who is the author of the message through several definitions and clear practical concepts
The changing approach in Islam (concept - stages) This was done by defining the concept of the changing approach in Islam, the foundations and stages of change in the Quranic approach and how this is done through the intellectual and theoretical basis and the practical application aspect through: will and management, where the focus was on the factors affecting education This will and how to manage change under the slogan: From the will to change to change management by reviewing the required qualities in each field and the skills that must be consolidated in this field
Areas of the Qur'anic change approach and the role of the author of the message: Where the most prominent of these areas were discussed in detail, such as:
People on the religion of their broadcasts (media)
People advance with their morals, and if they do not exist, they gasp behind their stomachs (economy)
Religion is the opium of the people (the religious sphere)
Military rule (military domain)
The crippled elite and impurity politics are the shortest path to the tyrant (the influential elite)
The author of the thesis and the role of youth in the desired assessment: The following
topics were addressed:
Why are you young people?
The personality of the youth, the author of the message
The role of youth in the stages of the desired change: in three stages: the stage of change by heart (self-change), the stage of change by the tongue (change by word), the stage of change by hand (change by force).

Path compass: in which the writer dealt with models whose message was understood through some life models, such as: Abu Bakr the friend,Ashama bin Bahr, the unknown boy, Abu Sufyan bin Harb, Asiya bint Muzahim and Pharaoh's comber,SheikhJerjawi

He concluded with instructions on how to stay on the path to follow the path of the messengers as much as possible, due to the need of our society for this path, our common future, and for the sake of our religion.
