This time of year, people, including myself, reflect on the past year and what they did or didn't do in hopes of looking forward to the new year when they can make changes to their lives. For 2023, I have no official resolutions, but I do have some personal goals I would like to accomplish for the year. Some of them are focused more on personal well being while others are things I do every year, but I wanted to write them down in this post.
