| Chief Risk Officer | Graduation/Post Graduation in any stream from a recognized/ approved Government institute, Government Bodies/ AICTE and also has Professional certification in Financial Risk Management from institutes such as Global Association of Risk Professionals [GARP], or Certification from PRIMA Institute or its equivalent institute. |
| Chief Compliance Officer | Chartered Accountant or Company Secretary or MBA in Finance Preferably Certified Banking Compliance professional by IIBF or Minimum graduate with relevant experience in compliance in nationalize or scheduled bank. |
