Yes and no, depending on the following:
If you believe in Jesus Christ (Romans 10:9-10), God's wrath is not upon you.
The death and condemnation you so rightly deserve, because of your sin against God, has been atoned for by the blood of Jesus Christ that was shed for all of mankind when He died by Roman crucifixion and raised from the dead three days later almost 2000 years ago.
Because you have repented of your sin and believed in Jesus, you have received forgiveness and remission of your sins (Ephesians 1:7; Romans 3:23-26) and eternal life.
Now…
If you have not repented of your sin against God and believed in Jesus Christ, God's wrath remains upon you:
"He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides (remains) on him" (John 3:36).
Understand that naturally, we are children of wrath (Ephesians 2:3)--deserving of death and condemnation because of our sin against God.
If we don't receive the gift of salvation by believing in Jesus Christ, we will receive God's wrath.
God is righteous and holy. He judges sin.
2 Corinthians 5:21 tells us: "For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him."
On the cross, the sin of all of mankind was placed upon Jesus, and He bore the wrath of God. Isaiah 53:10 tells us that it pleased God, the Father to crush Him.
Jesus was perfect and without sin. He didn't deserve to die, we did. However, He died the death we were supposed to die--paying the debt we could never pay--so all who believe in Him will have eternal life--never having to taste death!
So, today you have a choice.
Either you are going to believe in Jesus--accepting His death as payment for your sin--or you are going to pay the wages for your sin: eternal death and condemnation.
"For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord" (Romans 6:23).
So, what's it going to be? Is today the day of your salvation?
