Like all people I'm a bit of a slacker when it comes to taking my supplements and/or medicine. Best hack I've found is to use a pill box!
During the week I like to take my "maintenance" items like multivitamin, omega 3, vitamin D, B complex
Weekends I like to pre-empt cheat meals with: probiotics for gut lining health, vitamin D, turmeric for inflammation
If I have a big physical day like I do this Sunday with an 87km cycling event I'll hold off on the anti inflammatories till after the event so that I allow some healthy inflammation to occur - think of it like housekeeping - to remove foreign germs, repair damaged cells, and to stimulate new cells.
