It was a low Wednesday considering that October 31 was a holiday. And expecting triple digits also tomorrow November 3.
Today, the Health Agency announces 775 new cases with 10.6% positivity and 36 added deaths. The NCR owned 23.6% of the cases but as reporting systems would go, is most likely highly under reported as these positive tests are only based on PCR results.
Quezon City led the haul with 54 cases followed by Manila 34, Parañaque 13, Makati and Marikina 12 each, and Las Piñas 11. All other LGUs in Mega Manila reported single digit with Pateros having zero COVID.
Outside of NCR, the highest number came from Cebu 64, followed by Iloilo 52. Many provinces reported double digits but were actually les than 30 cases.
