We share about our experiences with Shadow exploration and how our SoulFullHeart healing process responds and bridges to whatever energies are in shadow with the light of love. We also offer a guided meditation to connect with a part/aspect/feeling in shadow through a brief visualization journey and bring in illumination/light/love to begin a bridging to them.
