I Am (Not) Strong by Armandine XX - I will say that this blog post can be triggering for some readers so please proceed with caution. Armandine's post gives you a lot to ponder on and it is a poignant, raw and moving blog post that took me straight back to the darkest period of my life. Armandine makes a powerful statement: "But how do you explain to someone that its going to get better when everything is looking dark and there seems to be no way out." As someone who has been there before, I know hearing those words did little to comfort me. Yes things turned out better for me but in the moment I couldn't imagine living the life I am living now. Definitely a must read.
