There are Churches seeking ministers who go about their search with a wrong premise. They are looking to hire someone to take a job according to what they want. Ministers who take the job of minister are not fulfilling God's purpose for them or His church. Taking the job of minister negates the purpose of the minister who now has become the errand boy for the congregation. These churches do not need ministers because they know it all already. God forbid this minister does not do what he is told to do in the churches job description, he will have hell to pay. "And He gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ," Ephesians 4.11-13 KJV. This is the high calling of the minister.
