Thank you all for walking out Phase 1 of my weight-loss journey with me 60-Day Juicing.
The goal for weight loss in Phase 1 was 20 lbs.
5 questions I asked myself.
1. Did I hit goal, and if not how close was I to hitting goal? Drum roll 

. My total weight loss was 12.8 lbs. I am 7.2 lbs shy of hitting the goal. My current weight is 236.2 lbs.
2. What is my take away from the whole experience? I felt better as I lost weight and am content with results so far.
3. What are the areas of improvement? One area I would work on is the type of juice I take in. I think Juicing with mostly vegetables and add fruit for flavor and sweetness will help more with weight-loss. As well is making the 1 meal a day a bit more precise.
4. What should be implemented in this phase to help the weight loss process? I believe 20-30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week (preferably M-F) would yield better results. Not just depending on Juicing & 1 meal daily.
5. What will I do better next time? Everything I said in questions 2, 3, & 4.
The next week I will be detoxing my body. Starting tomorrow 9-4-22to 9-10-22. I will be cleaning my body out with something called The Cleaner.
I am doing this to prep my body for Phase 2 60-Day KETO (strict keto 12 carbs or less daily) This phase will start 9-11-22 and end 11-09-22.
