California is having problems with their power grid this past weekend due to electric vehicles.

I have been monitoring stories on California's power outage, so far I found two stories which I had to really search with the Duckduckgo search engine..

And they want more electric vehicles? California isn't doing so well with the existing vehicles being plugged in. California is getting really worried as they push more flex alerts out. They're in big trouble if people drive their electric vehicles out today.

Of course voting for politicans who want to ban gas vehicles has consequences. I hope Californians are staying cool somehow. It's not good not having enough power to run your AC in hot weather. It's even worse that you got people using electric vehicles instead of gas vehicles putting a bigger burden on on the power grid.
