Royal Family proclaimed The 96-year-old Her Majesty the Queen passed away at Balmoral.
The Queen and Paddington made an appearance in a joke during the June Platinum Jubilee.
Her Majesty had spent a day at Windsor Castle recording the funny sketch.
Paddington expressed gratitude to the Queen by saying, "Thank you Ma'am, for everything."

Queen Elizabeth II, who died at the age of 96 earlier today, delighted millions of viewers after appearing in a hilarious sketch with Paddington Bear for the Platinum Jubilee celebrations back in June

Just a few months after winning over the nation's hearts with a funny afternoon tea sketch at "Buckingham Palace," Paddington Bear has paid tribute to Queen Elizabeth II.

In 6.30pm today, the Royal Family revealed that the Queen had died peacefully at Balmoral this afternoon.

Paddington joined millions of others in paying tribute to Her Majesty shortly after it was announced that she had passed away at the age of 96.

In a brief but sincere statement, the bear stated, "Thank you Ma'am, for everything."

Prior to the star-studded Platinum Jubilee concert, the two had become friends just three months earlier over their shared love of marmalade sandwiches.

The Queen delighted millions of viewers by appearing in a surprise comic sketch with Paddington Bear to kick-start the Party In The Palace Platinum Jubilee concert on Saturday

After appearing in the hilarious parody with the bear that no one could have predicted to open the Party in the Palace Jubilee Concert on Saturday, June 4, the Queen pleased millions of viewers.

As a creative way to kick off the festivities, the beloved British institutions beat-tapped out the beat of Queen's We Will Rock You anthem together on china teacups with silver spoons.

Brits praised the sketch as being superior to the Queen's appearance with James Bond in the Olympic opening show.

The longest-reigning British monarch is rumoured to have kept her tea with Paddington a secret from some of her family members when she recorded the covert scene at Windsor Castle.

The bear congratulated the Queen on her reign of 70 years, saying: 'Happy Jubilee Ma'am. And thank you. For everything.'

The pair was shown seated across from one another at a table set for afternoon tea and covered with a white linen tablecloth in a lavish setting.

Before the Queen offered some tea, Paddington said that he hoped she was "having a nice Jubilee."

The bear quickly forgot his etiquette as he sipped tea from the kettle while sitting in the opulent dining room.

The clumsy Paddington was seen mistakenly depriving the understanding sovereign of another cup of tea and sprinkling chocolate eclair cream all over a Palace Footman, both of which caused havoc.

The sketch was shown in the lead-up to the Platinum Party At The Palace concert outside Buckingham Palace

The Queen admitted in a cute moment that she enjoys marmalade sandwiches as much as Paddington does and that she always carries extras in her signature handbag.

The Peruvian bear with the duffle coat demonstrated to the Queen how he made sure to always have his preferred snack with him just in case by raising up his red hat to display his snack.

The Queen replied, "So do I," before revealing her own ready-made supply of the essential bread and orange preserves and said, "I keep mine in here."
