What is it about Peace, inside and outside?
With all the turmoil now around the world where people are on the move because they are no longer feeling safe in their own town or country, we can hear the call for Peace every day.
Yet there is something funny about peace if it is something outside us. If we cannot find peace within, we will not find peace outside ourselves or around us. Peace of mind, Peace of Heart, is it one and the same or two different aspects of Love? For in my mind and heart there is no doubt it all has to do with Love in an unconditional way.
If we are yearning for peace, and no doubt we all are born with this need within our hearts and soul to bring this forth through love and compassion, we can only make this happen through our own expressions. Every experience we encounter will call for the state of mind and heart, where the inner balance is found between the dualism of the energies that bring in peace.
We all can achieve a peaceful state of mind and heart, from time to time, right? Yet it is hard to maintain this state of being, for the struggle we all experience on a daily basis will bring in every challenge and experience to either assist you to stay balanced and loving or challenge you by your emotions such as anger, fear, negative thoughts, and so on. All part of the dual nature we have on this planet, where through all manipulated means we also are taught to doubt ourselves.
Everyone is being challenged, in more than one way, to bring in this loving energy within our own life. This innate sense of being loved and wanted, feeling safe and sheltered comes through unconditional Love. If we really want to create change in the world, we can only start within ourselves. That is also the only thing we have some sort of control over, like it or not. Because we can make a choice, at every moment in time in our lives. That is our birthright, a given right, even if you don't feel it like that.
Every person on this planet has been given free will and free choice. It is up to us what we want to do with this freedom. Because freedom comes with responsibility as well, you know that deep down. And freedom is nothing else than being free from any rules that hold any control over you to prevent you from being happy abundantly and enjoying your every moment in life.
There have been made so many comments already, that I am almost shy to add my own thoughts about this matter. Yet, I strongly believe that every change we really want in our life comes from the intention we make within our own hearts.
It all depends on how strongly we are willing to follow up on the intention to be a loving, compassionate and kind person and to work through lives challenges to be that person you want to be friends with, the one person that you will love no matter what, the one person you can love unconditionally.
This intent will create a field of energy, which will generate even more energy throughout the world you live in, your environment, your family and friends, your loved ones, and yes even those you believe you cannot and will not love. Love is a powerful energy and works like a key, creating those ripples of love that spread around and will be returned to you tenfold.
Every moment you have doubts about yourself, think about your intention. What kind of life do you want to have, what kind of relationships do you want to be in, and how much effort do you want to put into the challenges and experiences that are part of these doubts you may have about yourself.
All those messages we receive from our parents, our environment, our society and culture, and our nation, influence you and infected you as well. Sometimes for the best, sometimes for the worst caused by physical, mental, and emotional abuses.
Peace of mind and heart is acquired by Love, nothing else will heal any wounds. The power of a whole comes through Love, the only thing we can achieve as a whole nation, is love and respect, freedom, and honor, for each other, and it all starts within.
If we want to succeed, we can start by healing ourselves, lovingly, and compassionately, healing every wound within by loving ourselves first. Then we will be able to bring this forth and this will have its effect, even if you feel it's just a drop in the ocean or a stone in a puddle. You have no idea how much power and force your Love has when you are whole, filled with peace in mind and heart again.
Be the standard. Speak your truth through Love. Come forward when needed and share your loving kindness and compassion. The majority will make the difference to create the shift, and we will create together this world we want for our children, living in peace and harmony with each other, no matter which gender, race, or religion they have. You are needed to seek the solution to this worldwide issue within yourself, to start this evolution or revolution by the Heart.
And so, it will be done
