Self-control

Surrounding yourself with people having good intentions and good vibes is so crucial.. I was 👌 this close to using cuss words and now I am ( ) this close. . For others, it might not be a big difference, but for me, it is. 😂

Reasons behind anger?? I can't tell, or say, I don't want to. But thank goodness, I have come a long way in controlling it. Having too much intensity by nature makes it much much more difficult for me to control anger which usually used to turn into aggression. But still, I can feel the impact of this innate intensity. Now, I don't express it the way I used to, but I sometimes feel mentally paralyzed while controlling it. I am drinking it (energy) all and trying to digest as well.
