This is, probably a personal experience I'm thinking???  Translated…

Getting interviewed for a job is like falling in love, first, you'd found that target in the bunch, then, work hard to make yourselves, presentable, putting your best foot forwards, so the other individual can fall in love at first sight with you.

If you're lucky, you'll start to date.  You may be a king or queen of flirtations (having the relationships with more than one person, with tons of spares), going out with a ton of different people by the week; after all, those who came before us always told, to look around more, to NOT put all our eggs in that one single, basket, to put everything in just, that one, individual.  Those who go first, are the, winners.

And, on the day of the date, you went, with that unsettlement in your heart, but, other than feeling happy, you'd felt, a bit, like a, liar.  Because all of those qualities that you'd made of yourselves, to make her fall for you.  The real you, only got a broken down scooter, and a, tiny suite that you'd, saved every dollar you'd earned, to make the rents of.

Can't help it, you don't have that much, you were, forced, to lie.  If you don't lie, then, you don't even, stand a single chance.  And so, although you're afraid, you'd still, gone to meet, and, everything you'd come up with to say, using that self-hypnosis of self-confidence, you'd, gotten her, to like you.

As you thought everything was going smoothly, right around the time you two are about to, start dating, she'd told you she wanted you to meet her parents.  Despite how nervous you may be, you still respected her wishes, and so, you'd gone to, that second, interview.  And, her parents saw right through the surfaces of the flashes, the thrills, and, burst your lies, one by one.  You'd become, totally, defeated, started ranting incessantly, and hyperventilating, and you felt better, that her parents, didn't have that bad a statement to make about you, and only shook their heads, told you, that you and her, weren't matched perfectly, that you should go, and look for a more, fitting person to date.

Date after date, fail, after, fail, some people feel ruined, others, started, evaluating themselves, and, getting back up for another, round.  But you only felt, lost, and, gotten trapped between giving up and saving your self.  You don't know what to do next, it's impossible, that you are to get that high end car, that mansion.  You'd thought, you can fall in love first, that all of those qualities, will get set up in the process, that it didn't matter.  And yet, you got, slapped across the face by reality, telling you, that you are, DELUSIONAL if you think that anyone will, fall in love, with you.

You'd tried searching online for the tips, and, there are those who'd come before who'd found the loves, then, up their own, abilities, and, there were those who got married, successfully too, but, unfortunately, dreaming wasn't, enough, you'd always, gotten busted, right before you began, or you couldn't, get past, the parents.  As you're about to lose faith completely, thinking, that you are, bound to spend the rest of your life alone, suddenly at the turn of the corner, you'd, bumped into a girl outside of that, cafĂ©.  She may not have such a pretty face, nor the rich father to back her up, but, the two of you just, hit it off, like the fires burned on wood, burger and coke, you two were, perfectly, matched, and you'd walked down the aisles, married her.

Finding a job is like falling in love, being in a relationship, all relies on the affinities you may have with the job.  The success or the fail isn't reliant on your abilities, your qualities, but on whether or not you catch her eyes, if you can make the firm want to use you in the company or not.  Sometimes, it's all related to the timing, complicated, and, really not, simple, and, not really, simple one bit.

The most important thing in finding work and finding love is to keep yourselves in that ordinary mindset, just showing the best side of you, believing, that someone will soon see, those, good qualities about you.

similar to meeting the parents for the very first time!

So, I'm thinking, that this would be from a personal experiences that the writer faced?  And, he's right, sometimes, finding that job, and finding the right person for ourselves, is, not just based off of your own, qualities, sometimes, you would need a little, extra luck, and the timing to be, just right, and we would have to make sure we're, prepared to the best of our knowledge, hone up on our skills of work or the quality that others may fall in love with, and, when the right time comes, we will, get that job/lover that we longed for since, so long ago.
