Simple Steps to Beat Depression and Anguish

To get through life's mess it has in store for us you have to know certain things to get through. For example depression, depression I have felt a lot in my life. The best thing that has helped me with depression has been changing my mindset from negative to positive whether I legit just think of something positive when I go to feel negative it helps. Just saying something positive, thinking it in your head, that helps so much. I'm here to explain more on simple steps to beat depression and anguish.

Using your thoughts and words to battle depression and beat anguish

Thinking and saying things create things. When you think and say something it manifest so what you want to do is think and say positive things. Think and say what you want and also just be positive with it. Say things like I'm all right, everything's all right, everyone's all right and it's all good. Also say things like I'm healthy, wealthy, wise and in good relationships. By thinking those things and repeating them throughout time it will start to change your mind to be more positive and make things into your life more positive.

Do what makes you feel good and happy

People are happy when they have what they want or are happy with what they already have. Be happy with what you have but strive to get what you want. Do things that you like to do and that make you feel good. For example I love music so I listen to music and it makes me feel good. I love writing so I write a lot because that also makes me feel good. I do a lot of things to make me feel good and happy. You should also do things that make you feel good and happy.

It's okay to have a negative thought but It's not okay to stay there

Think positive thoughts as much as possible but were not always going to have the best positive thoughts all the time. Sometimes negative thoughts, feelings or something else negative comes around. It's okay for that to happen but it's not okay to stay in that negative place. Do your best to replace the negative with a positive and move up/on.

Keep up with your day-to-day chores and work

Do things around your house like take out the trash, wash dishes, fold your clothes, wash your clothes, make your bed, dust or anything that has to be done to make your living quarters nice and comfortable. Do your work that you have to do that either makes you money or makes your living arrangement good. He has to keep up with these things because if not we tend to get sidetracked and then they get out of hand and it becomes more of a hassle to do those chores and we become depressed and anxious and just wish we had them done. So keep up with everything and you'll feel a lot better.

Practice makes perfect.

Throughout the beginning of time man was good at something. Everyone's good at something. What are you good at? Most of the time we're good with more than just one thing, a plethora of things. Pick one and use that one thing to monetize and make yourself an authority figure for that thing. Therefore once you become a master of that thing people will come to you and pay you for that service.

Don't ever stop learning or doing your best

If Michael Jordan gave up he wouldn't be the best basketball player there ever was would he. You can't stop being the best you could be just because either somebody told you to or you told yourself to. There's too much in life to live to stop doing your best and succeeding. Never stop doing your best and learning and you will be the best in your area of expertise if you keep at it.

Conclusion

There's way too much to live for to be depressed or just feel anguish all the time. Though we may go through struggles and hardships, it makes us stronger afterwards and shows us who we really are and what we've been through. Struggles and hardships also don't last. This too shall pass. So change your thoughts to positive and do things that make you happy and feel good. Monetize what you're good at and being authority figure for your area of expertise. You shall prosper. This was simple steps to beat depression and anguish.
