Self Righteous

When we feel that we are correct in some matter/belief or action, we feel anger towards other person. We become disrespectful or dislike other person/his actions/thinking strongly.

We become bitter and act in an arrogant manner. We become bitter and get into ego fights with other person.

As a result, we may not get what we want and others dont get what they want. Even if we get what we want, the process of getting our needs met is full of negative energy and its not worth the trouble.

If we are right, thats good. If they are wrong, why to be bothered.

All we want is our needs are to be met while we dont do bad to other people.

So negotiate in a calm manner. Try to get what you want and see that you understand other person's perspective. We dont need to be too stern and we also dont need to be passive. We need to have boundary and handle our boundaries with respect to other person.

The negotiation could be easy or hard. Other person may be calm or angry but if we are calm and we know that we dont have anything to prove then we can negotiate calmly and get what we want.
