This does not come easily for those of us who have received so much trauma and give so much love. Healing our hearts starts with acknowledging the pain of the past, allowing the emotion to play out without being stifled, and then releasing that pain. Transformation isn't pretty. The universe is asking you to accept what is being given to you. The roads are opening. Will you take those steps into a brave new world?
