Abstract
The study aims to investigate the relationship between mindfulness and self-efficiency among Yemeni university students. The sample of study consists of (775) students at Sanaa and Thamar universities. After collecting and analyzing data, the results showed that a low level of mindfulness and self-efficiency, while the relationships between all the five-facet mindfulness and self-efficiency were significant and positive. The results also showed that no statistically significant differences in the level of mindfulness and self-efficiency to gender. The study concluded with some recommendations,the most important of which are implementing training programs to provide Yemeni university students with mindfulness and self-efficiency skills.
