One day I was reading a book by a master, who was a great inspiration for me. It taught me a lot about myself. As it did, to get to understand the process that lies beneath the attitudes of the surrounding persons.
It was also about learning to change my own perspective about the way my mind tends to work. If you set out your prayers or intentions from a place of feeling the opposite of what you want to create, for instance.
A lot of intentions set come from a place of lack. Lack of money, lack of health, lack of luck, lack of you name it. If you genuinely want to set the intentions for what you want to create, consider it to be from a place of health, abundance, joy. Because we all have this internally already present. It is just the mindset that will create the outcome. Creation starts from a place of love, faith, and trust.
Be grateful for what you do have, instead of what you do not have. It will make such a difference in the way you will feel about yourself. It also will create a different outcome. Love is a great tool to create more abundance if you feel grateful for all the love you have been dealt with. Even if this is not always the case when you feel lost and tired of fighting.
Love is wonderful energy, in the smallest things to be perceived. In the way, you receive a smile from a stranger. The way it makes you feel with the unconditional love of a pet. When you enjoy the energy of being in nature, the stillness in a forest, the waves of the sea at the beach. A simple enjoying your morning coffee, or the freshness of a brand-new day.
When you start connecting with this wonderful energy from within, through your heart awareness, things will change. You will be able to reset your mindset about yourself as well. It will enable you to be more positive towards the outcomes of your intentions. It will liberate you from the anxiety, the disappointment when things do not always unfold the way you wanted it.
We all know those moments when you set an intention and then forget about it. Until it presents itself in ways you have not foreseen, in a different outcome. We do not always get what we want, just we think it will be the best outcome. To have patience and the ability to see things through will enable you to receive. Not to force a decision, or demanding things you want to have.
You cannot create healing from an illness, for instance, if you are in fear of the illness itself and seek to create from that place. Nor can you create abundance from a place of money worries. In either way, you will have no "luck" at all. Creation starts from a place of LOVE. Loving what is and loving what is to come. T
rusting on your intuition as well, knowing what you need on a deeper level. Not so much from all those wandering thoughts and emotions. When you use the knowledge of how to create things in your life, you must do so from a place of love, never from a place of fear. Fear pushes what you want away, from you. Love draws it in.
This will create a new way of living as well. When you let go of the outcome, it will give you also more ease and peace from within. Every change starts within ourselves. Colored by our mindset and emotional responses. It is also about awareness and consciousness. Learning to see the interactions and patterns that created the unwanted outcomes as well. Being more in touch with your inner knowing will create a difference in the way you experience your life.
The balance that comes forth through this way of perceiving, loving, and accepting is your guide. What I learned is the quote I read in the book about walking in Grace. This is also the outcome of the process of healing and creating your balance. What touched me in a more profound way, walking in Grace through the world. Not just being in the world around me, surrounding me. The material world, as well the personal connections.
I knew of my deeper inner understanding of nature, with animals, with the unseen world. Being not just an empath, also extremely sensitive, my way of perceiving the world around me was different. To me, the connection with all the creation is also connected with the spirit guides and guardian angels. This is part of my being. So, the phrase, walking in grace through the world, was an eyeopener. It implied a different way of perceiving my life's journey.
I
You are of this world, yet not in the world. So, going through my life and souls' lessons, this became more and more clear. It allowed me to fully trust in my intuition, my gut feeling so to speak. Knowing when to act, when to wait with patience. How things need to work out before the right solution can present itself, so to speak. Trusting in my inner voice, as a guide I can rely on. Always this whisper, words unspoken, that show me with love my path ahead of me.
