I almost failed today's workout again 
I did my warm ups and did 1 round of squat set then texting with my friend about Sunday lunch then there goes it.
It's just around 2 weeks more from my trip so I encouraged myself to redo so I did and here's what I managed to do…
Addition 1 round of squat set
5 x 40 lower abs movement 1
3 x 40 leg movement 1
Not much but my thighs are a bit sore maybe from the workout yesty and my right arm as well maybe from the car washing
