I aim to hit a 36 hr intermittent fast once a week for a month, then at least once monthly.
The parasite is working well as by Wednesday, the pants fit better even though the scale was being a hardhead. Technically felt a difference in 2 days!!!! Mental? Yeah probably

I think this parasite is taking long though! I suppose slow and steady is good when it comes to weight loss though right? Ag! It's barely 1kg a week, which is what I was hoping for! Sigh! I guess I must just be happy with any weight loss.
Considering in January I was over 70 kg, Baby elephant and in March I was still struggling to just really focus on my diet, Baby hippo is evidence! So honestly honestly I moved from 72.8kg ( the harsh truth according to the gym scale - I think the gym scale and mirrors are a scam by the way, the scale usually adds 2 kg but the mirror says I'm super hot! LMMO!) to 67.1kg, that's 5.7kg!!!! That's an achievement. The mirror at home though, LOL! It says not hot at all.
I still have a long way to go because my BMI says I'm obese, and I need to be under 60kg to be 'healthy'. I'm usually happy with 62 kg but I want to ideally get to about 58kg on a good day and 60kg on a bad day. When I was younger I loved being at 55kg, I'm older now, 55 kg sounds crazy.
I had a busy Easter weekend, I didn't even try to behave! I was scared to get on the scale come Monday, then I continued pigging out the rest of the day. Tuesday I had a super early start and no gym so I didn't weigh myself, blah bla blah, all excuses.
Wednesday 20th - 67.5kg ok at what point do I quit? NEVER! Nothing tastes better than how sexy feels!

Nothing tastes better than how sexy feels... Nothing tastes better than how sexy feels... KFC does tho! I'll have KFC the day I see 65 point anything Kg, that day I'll have 3 meals in a day and get right back to the hard hard intermittent fasting! Oh gosh it's so hard. I really have to get under 65kg come end of April, there's a pair of booty shorts I need to fit in for a music festival in May!
Lord please make me skinny again, I promise I'll never take it for granted ever again!
There's a week left of April but this post is getting pretty long and I know I zone out easily so I'll end it here.
