God, you're such a safe and powerful place to find refuge!  You're a proven help in time of trouble--more than enough and always available whenever I need you. So we will never fear even if every structure of support were to crumble away. We will not fear even when the earth quakes and shakes, moving mountains and casting them into the sea. No matter how unstable your situation may seem, take courage. Your help comes from God, the maker of heaven and earth. Put your trust in him and know he is your refuge, shelter, and defense. He is your rock and your confidence. Listen and he will instruct you, in the way that you should go. He keeps you safe in the midst of turmoil. Fear not!
