Twitter's CEO Parag Aggrawal informed via public announcement that, Elon Musk will joining Twitter's Board of Directors. The announcement has been made after a day about disclosing that the Tesla CEO Elon Musk bought 9.2% stake in the social media platform.

Elon Musk shaked things up again after asking on a Twitter poll last night whether users wish an edit button in twitting.
Twitter informed officially that in a regulatory filing on Tuesday it has entered into an agreement with Musk on Monday that Twitter will award the billionaire a seat on its Board with validation of the term till 2024 annual shareholders meeting.
Limitation for Musk:
Elon Musk won't be granted to buy more than 14.9% of Twitter's outstanding stock either alone or as a member of a group for as long as he's a Board member and for 90 days after.
