Stories come in chapters, layers. They help you build yourself stronger and better. They help you build the world you want to live in, around you. They help you heal, they help you focus and help you reconsctruct. Circumstances may change. Don't change your story.

What's the single most important life lesson learned in 2021 i'll always be grateful for?
I've learned that stories have virtue. Stories cultivate virtue.

When i lost my previous insta account around the month of May, i was shocked. Then somewhat sad and empty. It took me a while to admit to myself that all the love, time, work, i had poured into it was simply gone. And i lost many followers. Then, i remembered my story.
Between the time i lost the account and started to work on this one, few days had gone by. But something in me had definetely changed.

What has changed since, you ask? I've gained more patience, more confidence. I've come onboard this time around ready to share the same story, yet with a different mindset. I' ve let go of the fear, self doubt, insecurities, that were constantly nagging me while working on the first one. And something is compelling me to write this new season unapoligetically.
7 months in, i think i am grateful to have accomplished more now, than the two years it took me to build the previous insta account. I'm grateful to each one of you for the love and support.

Just like a sentence, a (long) story have "breaks" too. Thanks to that instagramm breaking point that took away my first instagram account, i am able to break through. Since then, I have started on a new instagram page, i have also started blogging. I have a new website for my jewelry brand, and a pinterest page that i regularly update. Just like in a sentence, there are commas, semi colons, parentheses etc. along the way to help you reconsider, reevaluate, redefine. And rest. A break in the middle of your story is not the end of it. Don't draw any fast conclusions yet, before you' ve seen the end of the journey. But breaks are the right opportunities to draw lessons, and start cultivating new virtue.

I want to encourage you. Breaks will only make sense when you are willing to keep going. Don't avoid the breaks. Use them as opportunites to assess, learn, cultivate virtue. Write an even better version of the same story. As soon as you are ready to proceed…

What's your biggest fear you had to let go if in 2021?
