Schedule

  • 1:00 – Members report to basement center room. Percussion report directly to set.
  • 1:15 – Doors Open
  • 1:20 – Members will be called to places. Please use stairs unless elevator is necessary. Only bring, instruments, music and stands upstairs. Cases and coats downstairs.
  • 1:40 – Warm -up and tune with Jaime; Sound Check with Jim
  • 1:59 – Introduction and prayer; Father Chris
  • 2:00 – Concert downbeat
