It is as I had expected, awesome! It has some differences from the old show in that, there are new characters, there are new story lines and yes, there are some interesting flashbacks such as, a kidnapper from Jim Brass' past and Hodges being framed by a blast from the past. The storyline is continuous so one can watch it like a TV series that needs plot after plot to complete. Makes me glued to the story. Also, the character development is awesome. Wonderful acting, superb deliverance and just great! This time, Grissom joins in the action with his wife, Sarah Sidle. It is quite the show. You won't be disappointed.
